A Battlefield game in which you can change (Teleport) between characters

Can someone pleease tell me what game is it? I've played it on the ps 2 a loong time ago. I remember it as the Battlefield series, but it could be anything else. I kinda wanna play it again but i completely forgotten the name! You are a soldier and you can change (or teleport) between characters. It's so cool! Can't find it on google.

You are remembering the hotswap feature in single player, allowing you to take control of any other friendly unit on the battlefield. This made the campaign more enjoyable for me, instead of some superhuman lead character.

Oh yes! yes it is! I wanna replay it just for the sake of the teleporting thingy... teleporting to very far away friends is my favorite thing to do...
