A Better GPU

I have an HP Compaq 6000 with an AMD Radeon HD 4500.
What would be a Better GPU to Upgrade to so I can support HD graphics on games?

The best you can likely support is a GTX 750 Ti. Most prebuilt desktops don't have more than 400w PSUs, and the ones used are pretty lackluster, so PCIe cables are likely nonexistent for you, leaving you with the 750 Ti.
