a bit unprofessional

It's not really a bug, but I always find it a bit odd that I get a news
message which says that 'according to a local newspaper' one of my players
got injured in training. Since I'm the manager, in charge of training, I
think I should have noticed one of my players getting injured. I agree that
I have a big squad, but having to read in the newspaper that one of my
players got injured seams a bit unprofessional.

Does make you wonder why you hired that good physio if he didn't notice
either!

I agree, it's even more frustrating when you get no message at all, and only
notice when you go to the tactics screen right before a game, then notice
you have 2 or 3 players out with niggly little injuries :-(

I think it would be a good idea to have the physio's make automatic
recommendations in a news message about players having to undergo surgery
and let you decide. And they should give an advice about the effects of
surgery, sometimes you have to choose between a player out for a week or
surgery that could take between 2 and 6 months (usually 5 or 6).

It would also be nice if the physio's would give their verdict right away
instead of having to ask them if surgery is needed. Just give a news message
and I can decide whether or not to send a player to surgery or
physiotherapy.
