A Budget printer, with good quality prints, without all the bells and whistles

I run a Comedy Club, and am spending lots of money on printing flyers and posters, so I want to buy a good printer, but without breaking the bank.

But every printer I see has so much stuff I don't want or need. Double sided printing, wifi connections, sd card slots, multiple paper trays?

Is there a good quality printer, without all the bells and whistles, that I simply plug my laptop into, and in prints good quality.

Also hopefully the ink wouldn't be ridiculous. I'd be willing to spend a bit more for reasonabley priced ink

Seriously consider a color laser, instead of an inkjet. You will spend FAR less on consumables.
