A Build for Adobe Premiere

I need a professional help, I'm going to build a new system for my work I use Adobe Premiere a lot and Adobe's applications . I don't play games . I'm stuck with the Z170 chipset and the X99 chipset . I don't know which to go for. I will be using 1 video card Asus VGA GeForce GTX980 4GB DDR5 Poseidon Platinum with Kingston HyperX FURY Black 16GB DDR4.

So, I have the choice of two motherboards ...
Asus Motherboard Z170-Deluxe with Intel Processor Core i7-6700K 4GHZ
Asus Motherboard Rampage V Extreme with Intel Processor Core i7-5930K 3.5GHZ

I need to know which motherboard suits my need and gives me the power and the easiness to work.

The hex core and x99 is the way to go. Be aware that Adobe products can and do use the GPU for rendering so the additional bandwidth on the PCIe bus will surely help.

I'm running an i7-3930k on a Intel DX79si MB and the performance is fantastic using Adobe Creative Cloud
