16gb Cl14 3200mhz ram oooh yeah, rx 5500xt 8gb vram, same max fps as an rx580 but it maintains a much better average fps in games. 2tb harddrive 512gb m.2, and moooore for $768. ohhhh man I'm so proud.
That cpu comes with a cooler and not bad pre-applied thermal paste so that saves chonks of cash. And it's 6 core ryzen power that has the capability to be overclocked up to 4.1GHz sometimes higher. (with an aftermarket cooler, unless you're like me and just buy a 5800rpm 80mm fan instead of replacing the cooler)

It comes with a 200mm fan preinstalled fan, and it has space for more fans but I decided to leave the fans up to you.
ONE last thing, this computer I'm sorry to say this but it won't run at the fps that you wanted... It will run at an even higher fps LOL!

Why would you go mATX for a portable rig though? That seems like even it would be a bit large and cumbersome. I think mini ITX would be the way to go:

I'm confused It's a $768 computer build, and I didn't notice it was mATX my bad. I thought mATX was small though and it offers good space. and people in reviews etc said it was small form factor and it seemed small, is it not optimal?

I'm not saying it's bad, but on a portable rig you definitely want to go as small as possible. I have an ITX rig and I will say it is a bit of a pain to build in and maintain but once it's done the payoff is worth it.

That's a decent choice. I personally prefer Fractal Design, Phanteks, or Silverstone but that's more of a preference thing.
