A/C for Cooling the CPU

It might be a stupid idea but why can't we use a mini-A/C thingy to cool CPUs. The can provide more cooler air than a fan and can keep the CPU at cooler temperatures.

But could it keep the CPU at lower temperatures than liquid cooling ?

And will it take in more power from the PSU?

Its just a thought tho.

I would appreciate your thoughts.

Thank You

There is nothing stopping you from this but the issue is that if you put air into it that is too cold then condensation could form on your components causing them to short our and possibly break. There is a thing called "Phase change" cooling which is essentially putting a condenser similar to what is in a fridge but it is a lot of work and requires putting lots of insulation around the CPU socket. Here is a video explaining it further and shows a build. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4d0B0Dli-1g
Hope this helps! :)
