Cooler Master NR200 is usually the go to cheap Mini-ITX chassis.

Asia actually has way more choices when it comes to small form factor. Aliexpress may be a better place to shop if you aren't in a rush.

Can I trust Aliexpress?

If you can find direct listings maybe. You could get nothing, canceled orders, used, broken/damage, broken in shipping, very long shipping times, etc. All depends on the people at the other end.

Just like using Amazon, NewEgg, Walmart, etc marketplaces but without the large corporate guarantee.
