I'm not terribly familiar with the different heatsinks out there, but I've come down to two choices that I'd like your opinions on. These are my choices:
Scythe MUGEN-2 SCMG-2000 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler
Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 120mm SSO CPU Cooler
I'm not really sure which I should decide to get for my computer. Any advice? The Noctua costs a bit more than I'd like to pay for a heatsink, but if it's significantly better than the Scythe then I'm willing to pay it. I'm not really willing to go any higher, and if at all possible I'd like to go lower than the Noctua's price. The processor it will be working with is an Intel i7 920 2.66GHz on a GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD3R with 6GB of DDR3 SDRAM in a COOLER MASTER RC-690 case. If you need any other information just ask. Also, an explanation for your choice would be appreciated.
Thanks
