Hi this is the first time I've gotten this error and I'd like to know how to fix it
Can I get instructions on how to fix this please I don't know a lot about computers

That sounds pretty bad, as in you skipped an heart beat!

But no idea what maybe, 20 years, never saw a msg like that.
