A combo and a rules question

Hello, all,
the following combo is not viable in today's Type 2 due to all
artifact hate out there, but it is fun.

It involves Spellweaver Helix with imprinted Petals of Insight and
Beacon of Tomorrows. Once you have the Helix imprinted as above and
another Petals in your hand, you can have indefinite turns by playing
Petals and deciding to put the three top cards on the bottom of your
library.
My rules question is: do you shuffle your library each time the copy
of the imprinted Beacon of Tomorrows resolves? If, as I suspect, it
is true, you'd better destroy any Thought Prisons in play
beforehand...

Regards,
Arkady.

Petals of Insight
4U
Sorcery - Arcane
Look at the top three cards of your library. You may put those cards
on the bottom of your library in any order. If you do, return ~ to its
owner's hand. Otherwise, draw three cards.

Spellweaver Helix
3
Artifact
Imprint - When ~ comes into play, you may remove two target sorcery
cards in a single graveyard from the game. (The removed cards are
imprinted on this artifact.)
Whenever a card is played, if it has the same name as one of the
imprinted sorcery cards, you may copy the other and play the copy
without paying its mana cost.

Beacon of Tomorrows
6UU
Sorcery
Target player takes an extra turn after this one. Shuffle ~ into its
owner's library.

Rune Horvik says yes. Well, actually the answer was for Reversal of
Fortune and Beacon of Immortality ....

And why would that make you worry about Thought Prison rather than
Psychogenic Probe?

Yes. You are shuffling the copy into the library, and it evaporates right
after that as a state-based effect, but this does involve shuffling the
library.
