Hi. On Christmas I will have all of the components for my pc except my case. My case is supposed to arrive on the 27th. I have been waiting to build my computer for over 6 months and I don’t think I can wait an extra 2 days lol. I was curious if I could build my pc on a glass desk and use it for 2 days without any issues. If not, what are some of the issues that could occur? Thanks :)

Yeah that is not problem, you will need to jump the power pins on the mobo with a screwdriver or something to get it to power on.

To be safe you can rip open up the anti static bag the motherboard comes packaged in and set the motherboard on the inside of the bag (not the outside) instead of directly on the glass. Directly on the glass would likely be fine too, but you will have an anti static bag so you might as well put it to good use.
