A ddr3 CPU

I will soon upgrade my pc with a 1080 and will not be using my rx 480 so i am thinking about making a new one, i have some other components left, : 16gb of ram ddr3, mobo asrock 970m pro3, amd fx 4320. I would rather use all the components that i have left with the rx 480 8gb besides the cpu. I want to change the cpu, because i don't want the gpu to bottleneck, i know it's a pretty known thing that ddr3 is dead,pretty much dead 10 metres under the ground, but can you recommend me a ddr3 that would bottleneck a rx480 8gb and it's pretty good, ( and can you not suggest the fx 9000 series, cause i don't want to consume more energy than Ethiopia).

AMD FX8350 or if you have the latest bios the FX8370

There's no CPU upgrade that would work with that mobo that I'd recommend.
