A decent budget upgrade for an asrock m3a785gxh/128m

As the title states I need some suggestions for a decent yet budget upgrade for this board. I will be requiring at least 4 dimm slots but am only going with a single gpu. Gtx 660 and a phenom IIx4 965Be for the cpu.

Nah that falls into the ballpark of what i am looking for.
This leads to a noobish question now though related to the 4 pin atx power connector slot. The corsair power supply I have is an 8 pin. I've heard the 8 pins on those can be split to a 4 pin though is that correct ?

Yes the 8 pin can be split to 4 pin and if not they can also be plugged in with only 4 pins connected of the 8 if you cant split it.
