Question A Delicate 4 monitor Issue

Hi i have a 4 monitor setup but the 4th monitor seems to be disconnected. I got:

HDMI cable to Display port adapter to display port graphics card output
VGA cable to DVI Adapter to DVI graphics card output
DVI cable to DVI graphics card output
HDMI cable to HDMI graphics card output

Thing is i ve managed out working 3 monitors out of 4 3 monitors are working one is disconnected. I tried install previous radeon r9 290 graphics card drivers the AMD radeon R9 290 it DOES accept 4 monitors i ve switched all cables all adapters within and nothing. ANY suggestions? thx in advance

u were right the adapter is not active will buy a new one tysm
