a difference between 2 fan gtx 1060 and 1 fan gtx 1060 (6gb)

I want to buy the EVGA GTX 1060 SC GAMING ACX 2.0 6GB GDDR5 DVI HDMI 3xDP PCI-E.
it has 1 fan, will there be a perfomance difference if the graphics card has 1 fan or two fans? sorry for my bad english. 🙁

There can be, as the card with the better cooler can use gpu boost to go to a slightly higher clock speed as it has lower temps. But the difference will be minimal like -1-5% max.
