A disk error has occurred / Reboot and select proper boot device OS Problem?

I've made quite a few posts on here in the past week and that's because I kept constantly getting new errors ( here for my story: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-3415420/hdd-error-reboot-select-proper-boot-device.html ) and since then I have tried everything (DiskPart in CMD, bootrec, rebuilding without any success, I managed to get Windows working again but the error kept coming up).

I was just wondering if this issue could possibly have something to do with the Operating System rather than the disks or hardware. Could this error possibly appear because of a faulty/ incomplete installation of Windows 10? I do have a Windows 7 disk and was wondering if that could potentially solve the issue, I have nothing to loose at this point anyways. Thanks for your help

So I got a new PC in late March/ Early April, I installed Windows 10 Pro via a disc. It worked fine with 0 errors for the first few weeks but then one day I suddenly got a BOSD which appeared for around half a second then went away. When the PC restarted, this error came up: "Reboot and select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected boot device and press a key." I looked up the solution online and it told me to set my HDD as Boot Priority #1 however it already was when I went into the BIOS settings, I messed around with the settings for a while with no success. I then tried to put the Windows Installation Disc in and see if it helped. I put it in then took it out (I didn't do anything) and suddenly it started to work. It worked fine for a few hours but then the same problem happened. I tried putting the disc in again but this time when I restarted and took the disc out but this message came up: "A disk read error occurred Press Ctrl+Alt+Del". This time I pressed 'Install' on the installation disc but did not actually install. It then worked... This has happened many times now and now NOTHING works to fix it. (I've noticed that sometimes on the Boot Priorities a 'UEFI: HDD' comes up once in a while, but that's usually not there. Any help PLEASE?

Update: This kept happening over and over again so I decided to try my last option, resetting Windows 10. I managed to get Windows working (which took hours to do) and before the BSOD showed up again I placed the Windows disc in and clicked Update (and loose all files). It took around 30 minutes to do and when it finished it took me to the screen where you set up the language and time zone, I did that then the PC restarted. I waited a few minutes but then I was brought back to the language and time zone screen again. I keeps looping the same screen over and over and there's nothing I can do to stop it. I tried Windows's Startup Repair however that didn't work so I can't do anything at this point.

Could this possibly have anything to do with the PC not getting enough power?
