Iam planning to buy intel pentium G4560 processor

https://ark.intel.com/products/97143/Intel-Pentium-Processor-G4560-3M-Cache-3_50-GHz

iam having trouble finding motherboard which supports kabylake and DDR3 Ram and which is in stock

i found this in amazon
http://www.gigabyte.in/Motherboard/GA-H110M-DS2-DDR3-rev-10#ov

The problem is i dont know if the bios is latest or not, gigabyte website has the latest bios so i can download

i want to know whether i can update bios with the help of flash drive, without using a skylake processor(sadly i dont have any friends who own a skylake)

These are my current specs
AMD A10 7850k
Asus A88 XM-A motherboard
8gb hyperx fury 1866mhz DDR3 RAM
Zotac gtx 950 OC edition
corsair vs 450
old lenovo lcd monitor with 1366*768 display
Windows 10 64 bit

It is not the board that gets damaged by using DDR3 instead of DDR3L, it's the cpu itself.
The problem with DDR3 is that it's voltage is higher than DDR3L voltage (1.5V opposed to 1.35V).

You can still use DDR3 and avoid damage to CPU, if you lower ram voltage in BIOS to 1.35V.
But reduction of voltage may also require lowering of ram frequency for system to remain stable.

But according to gigabyte website it says you can use ddr3 also, same is written in amazon

Which motherboard should i buy so that i can use my current ram,ram is very expensive in my country its like 80-90$ to get 8gb ram
