a drive cannot be found but it is shown in disk management

hi guys i am from india i got myself into some trouble that i cannot fix myself so need a little help
i bought a new hd some days back so it is good untill u formated my pc as is installed my new graphics after the format i cannot find a drive as i made 3 drives in than new hd .i can see only 2 drives but 1 drive went missing
after that i checked in easeus partition master and windows dick management tool then i can see the drive is there but i cannot use it . it written {healthy (system ,active ,primary ,partition )
why is that as i have my windows installed in my old hd ?can someone please help i m clearly a noob in this .and plz can some one give me a permanent solution abut the boot mbr and gtp solution because of this i had to format my whole hdd many time .

Why did you split it into 3 partitions?
What's the purpose of so many partitions? 3 on one drive, 6 on another drive.

Anyway - to use the partition, you have to assign drive letter first.

thats the problem i cannot assign any letter in that drive or make any changes in that drive .and yes you are right so i m mergng 2 drives for 2-3 partitions .but can u say why this problem happened after formating .

Why is that?
Right-click on "new hdd11" in Disk Management and choose "Change drive letter and paths".
