Question A extender with a 16x pcie slot with mini pcie

Currently, I wanted to add a 1660ti to my pc. but i don't have a pcie 16x.but i do have a wifi card slot with a wifi card in it.can i buy an extender with 16x and a mini pcie slot?where to buy one?
so i could have both wifi and a graphic cards.and DOES IT WORK?( the extender has to be a pcie 16x female and mini pcie female too)

Forget about it. Such "extender" should be quite complex to multiplex single PCI lane into GPU and WiFi. There's also no way you could power such power-hungry GPU off miniPCI slot.

How come you don't have PCI slots in your computer? Are you using a laptop?

Nope,I meant to use the extender for the display and power the GPU off another power supply (AiO PC) lah so I don have any pcie only mini pcie
And that slot is occupied by the wifi card btw so what I wanted to do is add a 16x riser,and a mini pcie slot in another extender board
