my friend wants a computer that can run f1 and other racing games as smooth as possible and as real as possible. He still wants to be able to play other titles like assassins creed and all those type of games. Can someone put together a list for him with a budget of 1000 but willing to spend a bit more

Power supplies are a bit crazy right now, I'd recommend waiting if possible for a bit of normalcy to return, there are better units you can buy for $80 as far as I can remember.
