[SOLVED] A fan on a 240 mm radiator not working

So I have recently built my pc a little over a month and everything was fine all fans were going fine then recently a couple of days ago I noticed that one of my fan on my ML240l rgb aio would either stop spinning or spin for a bit then spin again.

Motherboard: msi z370
Cpu: intel i5 8600k
Aio: masterliquid ML240l rgb
Ram: g.skill tridentZ rgb series 2x8 DDDR4 3200
Psu: EVGA superNOVA 550 g2

Cheap fans on a budget cooler other than checking the connector, and if that is not the problem then contacting CM for a warranty fan really nothing you can do unless you buy a new fan out of your money.
