Look at the photo attached, that is what I want to do.

But, a fan under the GPU, worth it?.

if it worth it, what is better, AF120 or SP120?.

Solution
Just my opinion, Useless.
What problem do you think you might have?

The front two 140mm intake fans are excellent.
Assuming the intakes are filtered, you have a very nice positive pressure setup that will keep your case clean.
The single 120mm exhaust will direct the airflow to the rear carrying heat out of the case.

At the very least try the setup you have shown first.

As to the difference between af120 and sp120, I do not know.
The effectiveness of a fan and the noise it creates is directly related to the rpm it spins at.
If you value quiet, go to www.silentpcreview.com for good info on quiet parts.

AF type fans are more orientated to moving air through a case, and make good case fans. SP are for static pressure that you would want in an air flow restricted area like through a radiator for water cooling. If your case has an area on the bottom to mount said fan below the video card, then you may be able to cool it somewhat better, but as has been said, the amount to which you would achieve that wouldn't give you any appreciable results for the time and effort, if you're like me and you always need to upgrade and tinker, then yes, by all means, fans are easy to upgrade.

I have a small 92mm mounted in the expansions slots bringing cold air in to the GPU, HDD cage+ PSU cover blocks lower fan airflow so only really cools HDD's... I found this dropped my temps a few degrees.
