A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013.

Running Windows 10 pro 1511 build 10586.494 AMD FX 6 core processor.

My event log (System) show this message about 10 times every half hour. The system does not crash and there are no onscreen messages, however, one drive has never worked on this computer (cannot log in) and I suspect this error has something to do with it.

I cannot find any information on this specific error. There are some references to ssl with a 10013 error but nothing I can find for TLS.

Can someone direct me to a solution.

Solved my own problem:

Using IIScrypto I discovered that SSL 3.0 was enabled on my machine. I disabled it system-wide and the error went away AND onedrive began to work.

Hope this helps someone else.
