Question A few blurry lines on monitor when playing a video

When I play a video/play video games, there's a few really thin blurry lines that appear when something moves in the video/ I move my camera in a video game. It's really annoying. Please help.

It sounds like screen tearing, you can try to turn VSync on to reduce tearing, and turning on fast sync in the NVIDIA control panel.

Also, if you ever buy another monitor, NVIDIA G-SYNC/AMD FreeSync helps reduce issues such as screen tearing.
