First a thank you to the community - after not doing proper research on upgrading my ancient OEM desktop and blowing up my board i decided it was time to just do my first full build. Budget and performance with room for upgrading (probably to intel when they're cheaper) was priority. There were so many threads and lists that i lurked to get to this point, and the system runs great! It's incredible how much you can learn if you actually read what people have to say, and don't just try to get answers.

That being said i do have some questions about a few other things that are fairly specific to my situation and i can't find concrete answers.

1. I would like to OC to 4.0-4.5 for 24/7 use at some point - mostly because i think its cool, but i'll obviously need a cooler. I would like to use air as i do not trust water for the 5+ years i plan on using it. At load my cpu with stock cooler has gotten up to 52°c and I would like to get a quiet air cooler. I am looking at the EVO 212, but i would like to get a push/pull set up with some quiet fans that have white LEDs on them (i currently have no lights in the case!). That brings the cost up a bit and maybe there is a set up that comes quiet that would be just as much by itself. Let me know if the evo212 + 2 fans is a good choice of if i should just get something else. My case is huge and size is no issue. Under $60 is the goal, but not a hard cap.

2. I would like to get a wifi/bluetooth card so i can use my my 360 controller, and have one less cord in the back of the PC. I'm not sure what i will exactly need, but here are some details. I believe my router is a single band. The internet in my area flat out sucks, and i download steam games at around 700kb/s. My primary concern is delays while playing League of Legends and FPS's. My router will be within 4 feet of my PC and in the same room.

3. I think i know the answer to this one, but i might as well ask while i'm here...Can i just plug in my old SATA hdd and pull the music files and pictures? Was on vista 64bit before.

4. Good OC software for my GPU, the crimson software is meh

The Hyper 212 Evo is maybe the best value CPU cooler out there (air cooler), it has incredible performance and is very popular amongst the #PCMasterRace.

About the wifi, im not quite sure. I suggest you buy a WiFi adapter which has an external antenna, to increase signal strength.

For the xbox controller i suggest you buy a separate bluetooth adapter, you can find them online for less than ten bucks.

Yes, you can just plug in your old HDD and copy the files you still need. (Or just use both the SSD and HDD, since 500GB is not a lot of capacity.)

As for OC software i'd use this. Choose your OS and there you go.

1 - the evo is a great cooler according to the community, I have no firsthand experience with it, nor with fans
2 - I use http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-Bluetooth-Expansion-Components-GC-WB867D-I/dp/B00HF8K0O6, and it works well for my purpose, though my wireless does cut out once in a while (probably wireless router) I have not tried to hook up an xbox controller to it
3 - yes, it should work just fine, you will be able to access the file system by plugging it in
4 - MSI afterburner seems to be the tried and true method, though some use vendor versions due to preference (sappire trixx) - there are many guides online.
