A few questions about hyper transport flood sync errors and CPU clock speeds/voltages

I have been having issues with HTFS errors since i built my rig from a brebones machine a couple weeks ago. Initially, the GPU was suspect because there was something stuck in the fan, and it was overheating. The debris was removed and the fan works fine, temps are low, but the errors continued. The driver was then rolled back from 347.52 tp 314.22. This seemed to help significantly with game crashes and the HTFS errors decreased, but still continued. After poking around the BIOS, I notice the memory voltage was set to 1.6v, but the RAM I purchased was rated for 1.5. Reset the voltage to the proper rating and still HTFS errors. I upped the CPU-NB voltage 1 step, then another. Changed the GPU link speed to 16X, where before it was set to auto. Earlier today, I played F.E.A.R. for a record 30 minutes without the screen showing mad distortions then crashing or causing the computer to reboot. But the FPS was not very smooth. After that I loaded up MInecraft and as soon as I loaded my world, the game froze and the computer rebooted. HTFS error at boot screen

The MOBO is an Biostar A880G+ and the CPU is an AMD Athalon II X3 460. The system came with a single 2GB stick of RAM that I replaced with a PNY 4GB DDR3 1333. GPU is Geforce GT 610. PSU is an Insignia 520W.

Reading about this constantly for the last 2 weeks, I understand that the CPU NB isn't keeping up somehow (hence the NB voltage increase). Also it was mention that the CPU NB speed should be higher than the HT link speed. HWINFO is showing NB Clock and HT clock having the exact same speeds. Is this correct? I haven't really done a lot of CPU tweaking, and I'm not sure how to go about changing the clock speeds. Should I attempt to change the setting further? How would I go about doing this?

I am reluctant to reset the BIOS because, as I've stated, I haven't done a lot of CPU tweaking. The RAM voltage was incorrect when I got it and there are 100 other setting in the BIOS that will need to be looked over to make sure they are correct. A voltage/clock modification would be where I would like to start.
 


These settings are available for over clocking. The defaults should work perfectly. Chances are your issue is because someone has modified these settings from default.

I reset the BIOS and changed the RAM voltage to 1.5V per manufacturer's specs. THE HTFS errors persist. I am able to reproduce the crash with certainty by playing F.E.A.R. then trying to load Minecraft after. The graphics will stutter and and then the computer will reboot.

Running furmark will not cause the computer to crash. Here is the last error from event viewer after the crash:
