A few questions: Will this fit?

I am probably getting the Phanteks ph-tc14pe, Corsair vengeance pros, Asus Maximus vi extreme, and the NZXT phantom 820. I just want to know before I buy anything a few answers to some questions I have:

Mostly I want to know what fits.

Will the cooler fit over the ram with that motherboard?
If not, what ram should I use?
Will the cooler on the motherboard fit in the case?

Case: CPU Cooler 153mm / 183mm without fan
Cooler: Heatsink Dimensions with Dual Fans 159 x 140 x 171mm (LxWxH)

If you have no side fan, it will work.

As for the ram, the Noctua D14 was certified to work with the Vengeance Pros, so the Phanteks PH-TC14PE should do.
