What power supply do you have? You could use a dual four pin molex to six pin PCI-E connector, provided your PSU provides enough amperage on the 12 V rail.

To answer your question though, the best card would be the GT 240, although a GT 220 and G 210 won't need any power connectors either.

Well, you could use a dual molex (four pin) to six pin PCI-E cable.

The GT 240 would work alright with an Athlon II X3 or Phenom II X3, probably medium settings on newer games and high settings on older titles.

What is your brand specifically? Because a 580 W PSU without a single PCI-E six pin adapter is kinda dodgy, unless it's old enough.

Just use adapter similar to this:

And get a faster videocard.
Btw there is also videocard called powercolor radeon 5750 go green, it does not have a 6 pin connector, i think its fastest "6PINless" card that exists right now...
