So lame. I want the original NFS back. I want to take a stable of exotic hypercars and blast them down a track that's equally as exotic as the cars I'm driving. What I do not want is to drive the neighbor kid's riced out Civic through some neverending "city". I do not want to play "Fast and Furious" in the middle of my race. EA has completely lost touch.

NFS has not been that game for a very, very long time. The market has shifted and being able to take any car and mod it is more appealing than just taking stock super cars out for a spin. And while most of the games start with a small compact, they tend to allow you to go all the way up to the Ferraris and Lambos.

However if you want something more akin to the old days of NFS, then Forza is probably more for you. Remember every game fills a niche. DIRT has its own much like NFS and Forza does.
