A game I want is on sale, but I'm saving for a PC.
Should I get the game, or save my money? I'm getting some parts as a gift from family, but they may not be able to cover the cost. However, the game is now $40 cheaper and may save future money. Please answer quickly if you can, as the sale has half a day left.

Thank you!

Maybe you can kill two birds with one stone. What game is it ? How much money do you have currently and what parts do you still need? Also what parts do you currently have? You could build your computer cheaper and save the money to buy the game too is what I'm getting at.

The game's reduced price is $23.99, but I need the most expensive parts:
-Motherboard ~ $126
-GPU ~ $440
-CPU + Cooler ~ $385
-16GB of DDR4 ~ $107

I have most everything else, and I have access to some free parts.
Thank you for replying!

-EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 FTW GAMING ACX 3.0 ~ $126
-ASUS ROG STRIX B250H GAMING LGA1151 ~ $440
-Intel Core i7-7700K Kaby Lake Quad-Core 4.2 GHz ~ $340
-Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO ~ $31
-G.SKILL Aegis 16GB 288-Pin DDR4 ~ $108

These are all on newegg.

Thank you very much! I'm pretty new to building and didn't pay much attention to the motherboard.
This helps a lot!

He must have mistakenly put the price of the Graphic as the motherboard, because that board is not $126...

I see what you mean about mislabeled prices. It'll still save enough to get the game though.
