My understanding of Windows 10 Disk Clean Up is that it cleans up old, leftover, and useless Windows 10 Operating System data, files, and programs associated with and located in various sectors of the Windows 10 OS as well as whatever is in the Recycle Bin. I frequently use Disk Clean Up and Defragment and Optimize Drives to maintain my gaming PC. I use Disk Clean Up on my SSD where Windows 10 is installed and both my internal HDD (for storing music files) and external HDD (for backing up all my various important files). As far as I can both tell, and recall, it just lists what I assume are standard sectors for Disk Clean Up to perform its functions and I only have a Disk Clean Up tab listed when the program is open. I use an Administrator account on Windows 10. Out of curiosity, with the exception of the Recycle Bin option listed in the menu of each drive, does Disk Clean Up only remove old, leftover, or useless data, files, and programs associated with Windows 10 OS or can it also delete other files like music files, video files, or photos stored in the SSD and internal and external hard drives (I know it can do that with the mentioned files in the Recycle Bin, but can it do that out side the Recycle Bin?)?
Thanks.
Thanks.
