Question A good buy?

i have considered buying this PC

CPU: i7 vPro - 3770 3.90 GHz
RAM: 16GB
120GB SSD og 500GB HDD
GPU: MSI 1050 ti Low Profile 4GB
OS: Windows 10 Pro

Its refurbished, im pretty sure that the GPU is new, but im not certain of the other components
The Win 10 pro is legit

i Will mainly just play CSGO and browse around. Will this pc give me 120-200 fps on medium settings? And i have Been offered the pc for 396 dollars is it a good Price, or could I find something better?

We're going to need much more details on the specs, list the board's make and model as well as the PSU's make and model(not just it's wattage), the case, the SSD and age of the build. That system does not look refurbished, rather a second hand/third hand system that's been assembled with parts used off dying system's.

How much are you paying for the system? I'd ask you to consider an entry level gaming system with concurrent parts.
