A good enough rig to play Battlefield 4 at ULTRA 4X MSAA?

Hi Folks,

I want to know if this rig can handle Battlefield 4 @ ULTRA 4X MSAA?

CPU: AMD FX 6-Core Black Edition FX-6300 3.5GHz Processor, ( I want to overclock it to 4.5)
Please suggest the rest of the parts,
GPU: Please suggest a good one Nvidia or AMD, any will do.
Mobo:
Cooler:
RAM: I like 8 GB corsair
PSU:

Please note: I am not rich, just need a medium budget gaming PC to play BF4 at ULTRA settings all turned on like 4X MSAA.

PSU a corsair one with ~750W at least with a 80+ Silver certificate
GPU If you have the money, an nvidia gtx 970, if you don't have it try a gtx 760 ti.
Cooler Custom water cooling setup or the corsair h105i (its name may be 105i)
Mobo Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 or Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0
