how about this?

Yup i have to agree with you.. Well u can combo your own build with all this postes and builds i mean u can go with athlon x4 860k r7 360-370, ( now combo between mobos rams, storage, and Tower if u dont need it then it's easyer 😀 ) good luck

i know but for 100 more it will play the latest games while on 300 build he will struggle a lot, you cannot even compare Intel i3 with a crappy AMD apu.

look at my last build post in this thread

So for 100$ difference you think you help him with encouraging him to go with a 300 pc? this is not near something called gaming, at this point he can get a ps4 if he wants and it will be better than any 300$ build out there. He doesn't say if it wants a gaming pc but at 100$ difference this is my best advice it works for gaming and for a daily use pc.

but what if he only has $300?
if he can wait and get a bigger budget i fully agree, but if his max is $300, we should give him a build of $300

I agree on that, with a quick check up prices have gone down and now my build costs 390$ :) https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Tzuno/saved/#view=7cr8TW

Did not see your reply to whether or not you need an OS. If $300 is your hard limit, and you need an OS (which you probably do) there is no way to build a gaming PC for $200.00 ($100.00 OS + $200.00 hardware).

I would love to be wrong, and i'd love to see someone prove me wrong cause I'm always looking to get educated.

one for 200 and one for 300

only a tat more expensive

@op you really should save up more money like 400$ minimum for a decent gaming pc, if you get e 300$ pc it WILL have massively outdated hardware and you will regret it later, maybe even 500$ for a strong low- mid range PC build, get an xbox one or ps4 if all you have is 300$ a 300$ pc really isnt worth it

I have to agree... Anything in pc is regret... i mean u have to give around 1000$ for a pc ( FOR GAMES? ) haha... anyway u can buy PS4 or Xbox one and have ALL settings MAX 30Fps ( some games 60 ) for 5 to 10 years, and it's only a 300$ u know what i mean 😉

a $300-$400 is on par with a console (without os) and a console has paid internet and more expensive games. pcmasterrace
