A good GPU for a dual monitor setup (Advice needed)

What would be a good GPU for a dual monitor setup for gaming/development stand point. I only plan on using one of the monitors for gaming and the other one for some causal things such as having chrome open, notepad, Microsoft word, development software's, and a few other things. Price wise for the GPU I don't really mind unless it's over 400$, it can be slightly more expensive than that but 450$ max.

When gaming you can only use 1 monitor unless you run the game in Windowed mode, which usually gets annoying. And having a second monitor doing nothing does not make it any more tasking on the GPU.

so just having a normal GPU would be good for a dual monitor setup?
