Question A good gpu for the i3-8100?...

So I'd like to go a build with the i3-8100, and 8gb of DDR4 RAM, and I'm wondering what the best graphics card-both in terms of performance and value-would be to pair with this CPU? I'm looking for frame rates at about 60, although they don't have to be all the time, and no stuttering.
