A good graphics card for Hp pc

Hi . I am looking for a good video card as an upgrade to my pc which is a hp slimline 260 p109 and I really cant find anything appreciate it if someone could help me.

The PC only has a 180w power supply. If you can find a 250 w to 300w power supply that actually fits inside the case you could upgrade to a 1030. Otherwise you can't add any GPU since the system has not enough wattage
