a good ips monitor under $200

so im looking for a ips monitor under $200 wit 4 to 6 ms response time and good contrast and colors

I just bought this for 130$. I was hoping that it would still be on sale :/ ah well.
It's a great looking monitor; I picked it up at a best buy near me and it looked better than every other monitor they had on display.

This one looked nearly as good. the Acer is BARELY better. This one is still on sale.

If you have an HDMI capable system, this would be a good choice, imo.
