A good pair of headphones

I'm currently on the market for some good headphones i can buy that aren't too expensive. Going to be only used for listening to music. I want a nice sounding not too bass heavy headphones that are fairly reasonably priced. I'm thinking of Sol Republic HD Track ($62), V Moda M-80 ($92), V Moda LP Crossfade ($119). Which are good for their price and does over ear and on ear make a large difference?

I'm in New Zealand. I have looked around the Australian Amazon website and they have nothing I'm looking for. I can just buy on the US version and get them delivered if the seller's do deliver to my country.

Yea the price is out of my budget if buying from that website. I'm not an audiophile so i won't need studio high grade stuff. I just want a headset i can use while travelling to and from uni that is decent in both performance and looks.
