A good PC build for £700?

Case: ZALMAN T4 BLACK MICRO-ATX
CPU: Intel i5 4440
Motherboard: ASUS Z87M-PLUS
RAM: Kingston HyperX (Kit of 2 x 4GB)
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GTX650Ti 2GB
Hard Disk: WD Black Edition 1TB
PSU: Corsair VS 450W

I'd be doing some gaming (Minecraft with shaders, SimCity, Need For Speed) but I don't want to spend more than £700. I'd like to know what you think!

Thanks for that, but I'd like to stick with the components I specified (roughly).
I was asking if it was a good enough PC for the games I'd like to play.

It will play every game on the market,no probs.
Keep an eye on ebay, as Novatech sell used 4430's for £99
occasionally. They warrent them for 60 days so you can run some bench marks , but they do test them. I have one.
They sell pretty quick!

You dont need a z87, an h87m-plus board is good enough if you are not overclocking. Got one of them, too..
