A good PC for streaming?

This Pc will be used for gaming and streaming so I was wondering if I could get some opinions from the people who know their stuff xD and also if anyone could recommend a good 144hz gaming monitor that would be much appreciated

Build looks good for your needs however I would dump that CPU cooler as the stock Wraith cooler is sufficient enough to keep the CPU cool and even for a minor overclock.
