A good tool to benchmark CPU and GPU temps?

Hi,
I want to see if I could disable one of my case fans, I want to test my PC temps with and without this fan.

I want to know what could be a good way to do it? Any benchmark that stress my PC and will afterward give me some sort of graph of the tempature my GPU and CPU got to during the test?

Do you want to test gaming temps or synthetic benchmark temps? Because they're gonna be pretty different...

For gaming just load up a demanding single player game and let it sit for 10 mins or so with GPU-Z and Realtemp running, for synthetic you can run prime95 small FFT and Kombustor at the same time, but be forewarned that this will push your system and power supply to the limit of what they're going to experience with that specific hardware.

Why do you even need to know, what would be better about not having the fan than just running it at low rpms?
