So I'm your casual PC Enthusiast, I've built 4 pcs total but this is the most wild issue I've had in a while. I decided to upgrade from my Corsair ll120 fans to Lian Li SL120 Fans and get a new Deepcool castle 360ex RGB AIO. Pretty simple install if it wasn't for some very tight fitment with a MSI 3070 in a Corsair 220T. I finally get everything to fit and turn on my PC no issues. I play some MW2 with a friend and notice my CPU temps getting up to 96 degrees C and my 2 top fans no spinning so I shut it down to troubleshoot the issue. I forgot to plug in the 2 top fans, so I did that and checked the thermal paste on the CPU and only a quarter was covered so I know I got to tighten it down more, or get new thermal paste (i just used the out of box paste as I didn't have any left.

I put everything back together and go to startup my pc and it turns on for about 2 seconds then shuts off for 10 seconds and then continues this boot loop till I hold in the power button. I then double check cords to make sure nothing came loose then boot to get a GPU Light on my motherboard. I re slot my GPU then get a CPU light. I loosen my AIO just a tad then get a DRAM Light. I re slot all my RAM then get a boot device light. My boot device is a 1 TB Patriot NVME that I got in 2019. I also have a Samsung 1 TB NVME so I decided to swap their NVME Slots to see it my bios would detect it and possibly have a faulty NVME Slot. Still does not detect my Patriot NVME but detects my Samsung NVME. I tried reconfiguring every way in the bios but to no hope nothing worked. I reinstalled windows using a flash drive onto my Samsung NVME and had to go into CMD to clean and reset partitions from GPT. I finally get that to work and my PC booted but now I obviously have a fresh windows with nothing installed. Windows still does not detect my Patriot NVME.

Does anybody have any clue as to what the hell just went on with my pc and if their is any way to get my Patriot NVME drive back working so I don't lose all my photoshop, after effects, games, and personal files. My specs are below with links to the product as well
