Currently running x2 60hz monitors and for almost a year i've been waiting for upgrade.. And now is the time!

Problem is, I'm not that smart then it comes to monitors 😛
But what I'm looking for is a good gaming monitor & from what i've read i want something like this (I guess) :

144hz.
G-Sync (Since I'm gonna buy GTX 1080)
1440p
1ms responds time

I really just want something thats powerfull, with that being said I'm on a budget i wont use over 700$.

Solution
exactly what i would be looking for. just keep an eye out on Newegg.com, Amazon and some other trusted retailers for a couple weeks, if you can wait that long. good deals come and go pretty quick.

this is my current Newegg search with G-sync replacing Freesync for you (>=27" / >=120Hz / 1440p). sorted by highest customer rating:

Solution

I really want a 144hz since I'm a CSGO player and i need that egde, played on a mates PC and he's using 144hz and that what i want 😛 Also if I'm gonna buy a new screen i want something good, not just something okay. :)

I'm splitted between these 2:
1.) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009742&cm_re=g-sync_ips-_-24-009-742-_-Product&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-Skimlinks-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=12087162&PID=3899435&SID=skim1402X558040Xaa907d6e4e1ace3b62da755d084811b1&utm_medium=affiliates&utm_source=afc-Skimlinks

yeah, that's why my list shows anything greater than or equal to 120Hz, so all of the 144Hz will also be included. anyway, anything over 1080p and 60Hz is considered very good.
in regards to the 2 you've chosen; the Acer is pretty pricey at the moment. don't think i'd pay over $700 for anything under 32".

one pretty nicely priced option for the Asus i got from a previous quick search (the cheapest seller was offering for ~$10 dollars less than Newegg for a non-open box item) :
