Question A GTX 3060 Ti for 500$ ?

Hi, so I live in Lebanon, Gpu prices are normally higher due to tariffs and shipping costs. However, last week I saw a new Asus Rog Strix Gaming RTX 3060 Ti FHR on OLX for 500$ (with official warranty). I'm skeptical and thought maybe someone can help me figure out if its counterfeit when inspecting it, because the second lowest price i found is the palit 3060 ti for 620$. I can't find such a low price on sites like ebay, best buy.. which made me suspicious.

PS: payment is on delivery, so I can inspect the gpu before giving him the money.

Honestly after a quick review using an app (Web App: Trustpilot) and a quick search in Google: site reviews www.olx.com.lb - the top result from Trustpilot. Open that link. It comes back with a review of that site as 1.2/5 star review with a lot of people calling that site a fraud. Personally after seeing that (92% of people giving 1 star bad reviews) I wouldn't trust that site at all.

That's weird, OLX Lebanon is a trusted website. i bought and sold many items(pc,phone,bicycle..). yea the jobs section is terrible but they created a new app last week, its way better. The site is legitimate, it only serves as a mediator between the buyer and seller. Also no online payments, so pay on delivery.

I saw an Asus Rog Strix Gaming RTX 3060 Ti for 500$. He claims it has 3 years of warranty, also Pay on delivery so I can plug it to pc and test it before giving him the money.
However a PC repair shop told me that it might be refurbished, meaning it will produce same benchmark as new one but will not last as the new ones, especially if I plan to mine crypto with it.
