A Hardware Issue

Okay, so i built my second pc and used most of the parts from my first. I changed the motherboard(gigabyte z77x-ud3h) and the videocard to a 760 and also a new case. Ever since i built it my hard drive keeps corrupting. Ive tried 3 different drives and i even bought one which worked for about a month and then was corrupted again. Its obviously not the drives. The problem is im not sure if its the motherboard or my psu. I had no problems before changing my pc.

Try with your computer outside of the case and keep it like that for some time to test. You might have grounding issues in your case.

The PSU can cause this fairly easily. Make sure theres nothing vibrating your drive first though. Having a mechanical drive sitting next to your subwoofer isnt a good idea. <grin>
