a huge performance or not worth it ?

I have these speca running on :
Gigabyte G31
Intel celeron D 3.06 ghz
Geforce 9500gt 1gb ddr3
3gb ddr2 667 bus speed

And i been searching for a good used bundle at a cheap price i can handle and found this :
Asus M5A97
Amd FX 6300
2x2gb ddr3 Patriot 1600 bus speed
For around 190 usd

Is it worth it ?
I will have to.keep the 9500 for now till i save up soon . So ur opinions pls and if u think this upgrade will.keep me.optimal.on runing recent games and if the mobo will last.long for future upgrade ?

I have an option to upgrade to core 2 quad q8400, 9400, 9500 .. Cheaper than that bundle and i got the money ready .. What do u think guys ?
