As the title suggests, I need a laptop in this budget, I know it's not too much but unfortunately I cannot increase it.

I can't build as I need the portability and I don't have space for a PC.

Anyway, back on topic. I need this for school work and it would be nice if I could play on a MC server at 40+ FPS, on medium settings, I would just like it to be fast web browsing and such.

Here is one I found, it looks decent to me but I'm not too knowledgeable on this subject. I can't find a dedicated GPU and I heard Intel HD sucks, so I went for an AMD build.
I don't mind what website it's from, this probably won't be the exact laptop I get but just so it could give me an idea.

Thanks! :)

In that case then get a laptop with an i5 with 4 - 6 gigs of ram. I would go for either dell or lenovo for this. Integrated graphics are fine for this.

I guess maybe, but it is only Minecraft. I mean it isn't a very demanding game at all. I also managed 15-20 FPS on an old netbook on low settings, so it can't be too hard.

Any laptop with a current-gen i5 or i7 cpu will run mc fine. The Integrated graphics on the new mobile cpus are quite good. I run Civ V and TF2 on my 3200x1800 laptop at medium at 40 fps. Get about 100 in Minecraft.
