I find WASD games a pian & reaching over with my left hand to the arrow keys on the right side is not good for my back to play games that way sucks. That KB is $104 I want one but not so much I will pay that!!!

Get something like this: (second, add on gaming keypad)

Then re-map the keys to what every functions you want.....

OR, just Re-map the keys to a more "left-handed-friendly" layout within the game....

I saw a vid. saying a KB like that would be good for more confort outside of games.
